I'm writting to thank you and the gentleman who was at our office today. He was very prompt and professional plus he did an excellent job. Our wireless network is still fairly iffy but that's not his fault. As you pointed out, it is not a very good way to have things set up. He an I discussed making some major upgrades to said network. I have talked it over with Larry, the boss and we would very much like to go ahead with this upgrade as soon as possible (tomorrow?)…

Zubair and Israr,

I just wanted to tell you how great it is to have a team like yours standing by ready to help RCP.

I reached out to Zubair on Saturday night to let him know that we were experiencing a network issue that was impacting peoples ability to get to email.

After a little troubleshooting with Zubair and McLoed Communications on Sunday, we isolated the problem to be the firewall in Chicago.

Zubair arranged for Rizwan to meet Denise @ 7:00 AM this morning at the office ready to replace the firewall if necessary.

It turns out that the device just needed to be rebooted and the entire situation was handled before 8:00 AM.

Most users at RCP will likely have no idea that there was even an issue and because of your flexibility and responsiveness, RCP is back up and running and ready for business.
